Bench & Bar Magazine, the official publication of the Kentucky Bar Association, featured an article in its March/April 2026 edition authored by ACM's General Counsel, Amanda Luby. Entitled "No Longer Alternative Risk Management, Captives Are Mainstream Insurance Tools (For Public & Private Enterprises), the purpose of the article was to educate Kentucky lawyers about captive insurance.
