ACM's General Counsel, Amanda Luby, organized and led a panel at the recently concluded 2026 World Captive Forum to discuss the importance of creating captive files that can withstand external scrutiny. With world-respected actuary, Rob Walling of Pinnacle Actuarial Services, Inc. and the highly respected VP of Business Development, Derek Martisus of the Marsh McLennan Agency, the panel highlighted the importance of proper marketing materials, written communications, mathmetically substantiated actuarial and underwriting details, and quality insurance policies for each captive client.
